Dear Sirs:

I am writing in regards to Mr. Tom Cameron and his in-service for staff development. I have had him come to my school for two different sessions and both have been extremely helpful.

I have described the benefits from the first year training in a previous letter. However, the second year training was even better. By identifying the different strengths and weaknesses in our teams, we have been able to compensate in different areas working together and our teamwork has greatly improved.

The ideas that were brought up by the workshop have opened the eyes of my staff and they now see why certain techniques work better with different types of students as well as working better together as a staff for a common goal.

I highly recommend both of Mr. Cameron's programs to help your school and staff. It is a great staff development and qualifies for continuing development under the Title I rules.
