It is my pleasure to recommend Tom Cameron & Associates with Profiles International for your school or organization.

I first used the Profile Assessments in January of 2002 at Morris Public School. We needed to employ a central office secretary that had a wide range of skills. The Step One Survey helped me hire an honest, dependable, hard-working, and drug-free employee for that position. the survey fit well with the current interview tools that were in place.

At the conclusion of the 2001 - 2002 school year I had six certified positions to be filled for the next year. The administrative staff made the decision to incorporate the Step One Survey and the Profile into our interview process. It has been very beneficial to have an objective way to screen the applicants that we are considering for employment in our district.

The convenience of the assessments is outstanding. The applicants can complete the assessments over the internet and the administrators can have the results in just a few minutes after the assessment is completed.

At Morris Public Schools we view the Profile Assessments as one more that we have to use to employ the best teachers and support staff for our district.

During the summer of 2002, we are going to implement the Profile Team Analysis to collect information about the administrative and secretarial personnel. We believe this will improve the team balance, effectiveness, and performance of the overall team.
